Darn Tough, a brand of Cabot Hosiery Mills, was created in 2004 in Northfield, Vermont--the perfect testing ground for the finest all-weather performance socks. There, company employees field test Darn Tough while biking, running, hiking, snowboarding, and skiing in the most challenging, even unforgiving, weather conditions in the contiguous United States. Cabot Hosiery Mills has been making textiles since 1978, always in Vermont. Every Darn Tough sock is knitted there.
